Man arrested, accused of breaking into restaurant

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

Officers arrested David Tabron Junior for suspected involvement in a commercial breaking and entering case.

On Monday, March 4, 2013, at about 3:30 a.m., patrol officers were dispatched to a burglary alarm call for service at Nikko Restaurant on Arlington Ave.  

Officers arrived and observed a person in an alley behind the business holding several bottles of liquor belonging to the restaurant.

During the investigation, officers also discovered that the glass door of the business had been broken.

Officers say the investigation led to identifying 54-year-old David Tabron Jr. as the suspect.

Tabron is charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of stolen property.
