FLORENCE, KY (FOX19) -
One person was taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after a crash involving two semi trucks in Boone County.
The accident happened around 4 a.m. on SB I-71/75, just south of the Mt. Zion Road exit.
One of the semis flipped over. All lanes of the interstate were closed for a short time while crews uprighted the truck removed it from the roadway.
Another truck driver who witnessed the crash says road conditions at the time of the crash were very poor.
The name and condition of the person who was taken to the hospital has not been released.
