Malicious Injury to Property more than $10,000 and Petit Larceny $2,000 or less for a larceny that occurred around February 13, where Cook is said to have caused damage to the Laser Car Wash on Airport Rd. and stole money from the machine.

Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - On February 27, investigators located a quantity of cocaine and drug paraphernalia while executing the search warrant at his home.

Cook is currently incarcerated at the Lancaster County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.

Lancaster County Sheriff Barry S. Faile said, "We are thankful to have Cook in jail.  He has been causing a lot of problems in that area.  Our investigators worked really hard to put this case together and I am thankful for that hard work.  We are also thankful for those persons who came forward with valuable information that helped this investigation. Job well done."
