Davidson senior forward Jake Cohen has been named the Southern Conference Player of the Week for the 3rd time this season.
Cohen averaged 20 points per game last week in wins over Furman and Montana.
In the Furman game, the senior tallied a double double of 12 points and 11 rebounds.
In the Montana game, he turned up the scoring effort with 28 points while going 9 of 15 from the field.
This is the 6th time in his career receiving this honor.
Davidson is currently 21-7 overall and 15-1 in SoCon play. Wednesday, they hit the road for a key conference game at Elon. Elon is in 1st in the Northern Division of the Southern Conference while Davidson leads the Southern Division.
