Follow @cbs5az for updates on Jodi Arias' sentencing.
The jury found Arias guilty of first-degree murder in the death of her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, in May of 2013, but the jury could not reach a unanimous decision on life or death for Arias. The judge declared a mistrial.
On March 5, the judge again declared a mistrial. The jurors were 11-1 on the death penalty. Because they could not reach an unanimous decision, the judge will decide life in prison or life in prison with the possibility for parole after 25 years.
