One person was transported to CMC after being shot early Saturday morning at a gas station on the 2700 block of Freedom Drive in West Charlotte.
Police said two people were arguing around 2:45 a.m., when one pulled a gun and shot the other. The bullet hit a bystander in the neck.
The two people arguing took off in an older model, silver Chevy Caprice with large rims. If you have any information, you're asked to call CMPD or Crime Stoppers.
