CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A man was arrested during a Cincinnati City Council meeting on Wednesday.
Carl Perkins, 60, is charged with disturbing a lawful meeting and resisting arrest.
According to Hamilton County court documents, Perkins yelled out on two different occasions and was asked to leave by Mayor Mark Mallory. He refused to leave and when officers attempted to escort him from the building, he jerked away.
Perkins was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. He has posted bond and is out of jail.
