TEMPE, AZ (CBS5) -
U.S. Airways announced Friday that they've reached a tentative deal with Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), following Thursday's announcement of a merger with American Airlines.
ALPA represents the airline's 515 pilots.
The agreement is a 5-year plan, but details on the agreement have not been released at this time.
"ALPA will be presenting the details of the tentative agreement to its members for a ratification vote in the coming weeks," U.S. Airways said in a statement.
The 515 pilot are based in Dayton, OH, Knoxville, TN, and Charlotte, NC.
