A suspect is behind bars after police say he fired shots and then refused to come out of his home.
Police were called to the 6500 block of Glenway at around 2:30 a.m. on Friday. Two male victims told officers that a male suspect fired one shot at them from a shotgun. No one was struck.
When officers attempted to make contact with the suspect, he refused to answer his door. The Hamilton County SRT team responded tot he scene.
Officers eventually made contact with the suspect, Nicholas Trotta, 30. He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center and charged with felonious assault, inducing panic, weapons under disability and possession of drugs.
The incident remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff/Green Township Police Investigative Unit.
