Flourless Chocolate Cake

8 eggs

1 pound of butter ( 4 sticks )

1 cup Strong Coffee

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 pound semi- sweet dark chocolate

Method of Preparation:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Combine butter, coffee and sugar in a medium sauce pot and slowly bring to a boil.

3.  Place chopped chocolate (or chocolate chips) in a metal or glass bowl.  Pour coffee mixture over chocolate; stir until chocolate has melted.

4.  Allow to cool 3 to 6 minutes, then stir in 8 beaten eggs.  Mixture will thicken.

5.  Pour batter into a parchment-lined layer cake pan.  Bake in a water bath, on the middle oven rack, for one hour.
