Honor Flight Tri-State seeking veterans to take a free trip to the memorials in Washington, D.C.
honor Flight Tri-State is a
Cincinnati- based non-profit organization created to honor America's Veterans
for their sacrifices. Honor Flight is dedicated
to making a dream come true for these ordinary people who gave so much for
their country.
Honor Flight will fly World War ll and Korean Veterans on an all- expense paid trip
to their memorials.
With the fund raising and efforts of our sponsors The Simply Money
Foundation, Emery Community Foundation and others, sufficient
funds have been raised to take about 365 veterans in 2013.
There are five planned trips for 2013. Those interested should visit www.honorflighttristate.org and
fill out an application in the veterans / guardian section or call the hotline
513-277-9626 and an application will be sent to you.
Veterans may take a family member / guardian
(other than a spouse ) on the trip. All guardians pay their own way ( $440).
