School Delays; Jury Deliberations In Barnes' Case

We're looking ahead to the jury resuming deliberations in the Phylicia Barnes murder case later this morning.  A lot happened in the courtroom in Baltimore in the last 24 hours.

Cam Man Ron Lee joins us live...with new information this morning obtained by WBTV about a house set on fire in west Charlotte with a woman inside.  Police say a man broke into the home...then sexually assaulted the disabled woman before stabbing her and setting the house on fire.

Later today, the Republican-controlled state house will vote on a plan to overhaul North Carolina's unemployment system.  Lawmakers gave it tentative approval by a 78 to 40 vote last night.
