Queen Charlotte the Groundhog will check her shadow this weekend.
It's Charlotte's only live groundhog shadow check, and it's happening Saturday February 2 at the Charlotte Nature Museum.
Queen Charlotte will be attended by her "court" - other animals that share traits or shelter with the groundhog.
Events include Story Time, a Puppet Show, crafts, and more.
It's all at the Charlotte Nature Museum - 1658 Sterling Road - from 10 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Queen Charlotte is scheduled to make her appearance at 11:30 a.m.
