VIDEO ALERT: You have to see this for yourself. A short time ago, a car suddenly came crashing into a 7-11 gas station in the University area narrowly missing the customers inside. WBTV's Cam Man Ron Lee was there minutes later and got details about what happened. He'll let us know how the driver is doing.

The former Charlotte mayor versus the current Charlotte mayor. North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory has, what's being described as, "threatening" words for Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx's controversial streetcar project. We'll tell you was the message the governor reportedly sent that may put the project on the chopping block.

There is still cleanup going on, almost two days after severe storms flooded parts of the viewing area. We'll show you what people are doing still to get things back to normal.

Speaking of weather.... We're talking about snow today. Meteorologist Al Conklin will tell you where it's falling. Plus, there are school delays to report as a result of all this! Watch for details. As always you can check the latest list on closings and delays right here: http://www.wbtv.com/link/356395/closings
