Students in Northern Kentucky celebrated the main event of Catholic Schools Week on Wednesday.
"Catholic Schools Raise the Standards" is the theme for this
year's annual event.
On Wednesday, Bishop Roger Foys hosted a special Catholic Schools Week Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of the assumption in Covington. Both students and teachers from all 14 counties of the Diocese were in attendance.
28 Catholic elementary schools and 9 high schools participated in the week-long celebration for Catholic schools in the Diocese of Covington.
