A victim has died from his injuries after being shot over four months ago.
Rapheal Kelly, 22, was shot on Sept. 12 in the 1900 block of Westwood Northern Boulevard. He was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with critical injuries and died on Jan. 29.
No suspects have been identified and the shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.
