Officers in the Hickory Grove Division arrested 24-year-old Antonio Aguilar for a rash of home break-ins.
On Friday, January 25, 2013, patrol officers were dispatched to a residential breaking and entering 911 call for service at a home in the 1100 block of Spring Laurel Dr.
A witness called 911 stating that a person had just broken into a home. The first officer who arrived on the scene was flagged down by a witness who identified the suspect and suspect vehicle.
The officer observed the suspect's vehicle leaving the scene and immediately conducted a vehicle stop.
Investigators determined Aguilar was the suspect.
During further investigation, officers determined Aguilar had broken into two additional homes in the 1110 block of Spring Laurel Dr. and had committed larceny from auto the same day on Spring Ridge Lane.
Aguilar is charged with three counts of residential breaking and entering, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny and resisting officers.
