Man dies after weekend shooting, investigators look for shooter

LANCASTER, SC (WBTV) -

Investigators in Lancaster confirm a man died after a shooting Saturday night.

Someone reported gunshots in the area of St. Paul and Pleasant Hill streets in Lancaster at about 9:41 p.m. Saturday.

When officers arrived, they didn't find anything there.

A short time later, investigators say 32-year-old Kevisis Emmanueal Anthony from Kershaw showed up at Springs Memorial Emergency Room. He had been shot.

Investigators learned the shooting happened in the 700 block of St. Paul Street.

Anthony was originally in critical condition, but investigators confirmed Tuesday he died from his injuries.
