2 slices of Pullman bread

1 slice of Swiss cheese

2 slices ham

2 slices turkey

1 egg

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup milk


Raspberry preserves



1. Mix the eggs milk and vanilla togethor.

2. Build the sandwich using the two slices of bread, Swiss cheese, ham and turkey.

3. Melt butter in a sauté pan. Just enough to coat the bottom. 

4. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture and place in sauté pan. Brown on both sides.

5. Serve with raspberry preserves. This can also be served with syrup.
