One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.More >>

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -
A person was taken to the hospital after being hit by a minivan in southwest Charlotte, according to MEDIC.
The accident happened around 5 p.m. at the intersection of South Stream Road and Tyvola Road.
WBTV's Sky 3 was above the scene as emergency crews quickly treated the patient, and officers directed traffic around the accident.
The victim was taken to Carolinas Medical Center with serious injuries, MEDIC told WBTV.
The victim's name has not been released, and there is no word on whether or not any charges will be filed.
