ASHEVILLE, NC (WBTV) -
North Carolina Senator Kay Hagan will be welcoming the Asheville High School Marching Band to her office at 1:00pm today in Washington D.C.
The band was chosen from nearly 3,000 applicants to march in the Inaugural Parade.
The Asheville High School will be among other marching bands, drill teams and dance groups from across the country that will participate in the Inaugural Parade.
The band will follow the traditional parade route down Pennsylvania Avenue on Inauguration Day.
