CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -
Five people are hurt this morning after accidental
shootings at a gun show in North Carolina, Indiana and Ohio yesterday.
In Raleigh, a 12-gauge shotgun was discharged
while someone was removing it from its case so that it could checked by an
officer.
The officer had a slight hand injury.
Two bystanders were hit by shotgun pellets
and taken to the hospital.
The gun show in Raleigh will reopen today.
In Indianapolis, a man was unloading his
semi-automatic when he shot his hand
Also, in Medina, Ohio a gun dealer was checking out a semi-automatic
handgun he'd bought when he accidentally pulled the trigger, hitting a friend's
arm and leg.
