CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -
Today on the 3:22 p.m. train departing Scaleybark for uptown were a group of people traveling a bit light.

This group was traveling pant less in an effort to raise awareness and help those less fortunate have some much needed warm weather clothes.

This group which partnered with Warm Charlotte to try and help keep those in need warm this winter, did so by riding the train without their pants.

The trip was from the Scalybark Station to Uptown by the Time Warner Arena.

The group Warm charlotte is a group of small business owners who have created a mobile drop off center for people to donate warm weather clothes.

Charlotte is not the only city to do such rides.

Groups in New York and even London have made similar trips.
