Ingredients:
4 Honey crisp apples
16 ounces Marscapone cheese
3 ounces 60% bitter-sweet chocolate
1/8 cup powder sugar
2 table spoons all Natural Honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Jamaica All-spice
Combine all ingredients (except Apples) into a mixer and whip until
well incorporated and smooth.
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash apples. Remove cores to 1/2
inch of the bottom of the apples. It helps if you have an apple corer,
but if not, you can use a paring knife to cut out first the stem area, and then
the core. Use a spoon to dig out the seeds. Make the holes about 3/4-inch to an
inch wide.
2. Add hot water to the baking pan. Par-Bake around 30
minutes minutes, until tender, but not mushy. Remove apples and spoon in
marscapone mix until the the holes are 3/4 full. Put bake in over and finish
baking for about 5 minutes, or until marscapone has fully melted.
