A man involved in a deadly crash was back in court on Thursday.

Zachary Kreke, 27,  is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide after he rear-ended a semi with his pickup truck on Route 4 near Camelot Drive around 1:00 a.m. on Dec. 30, killing Robert Gilreath.

Gilreath, 27, of Hamilton, was the passenger in Kreke's truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Last week a judge ordered Kreke held without bond. On Thursday, his bond was set at $25,000.

Fairfield Police say alcohol was a factor in the crash.
