The main suspect in the murder of a Milan, Ind. woman is scheduled to appear in court on Monday in Ripley County.
Allison Moore, 22, will now go to Indiana to face murder charges in the death of Nancy Hershman. Both a bond amount and a trial date could be set for Moore.
On Tuesday, a judge asked Moore to confirm that she signed a form to wave an extradition hearing in the case, and continue back to Indiana from Ohio to face charges.
Moore stated she was unable to read the form because she didn't have her glasses. As a result, the judge continued the extradition hearing until Wednesday, in order to make sure she can clearly see the form.
Prosecutors say Moore admitted to shooting Nancy Hershman in her home.
Moore is facing charges of murder, burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.
