HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -
A second lucky winner claimed the $1 million top prize in the Ohio Lottery's 2013 New Year's Raffle.
Regina Jackson of Hamilton is the second person to claim one of the four $1 million prizes. After 29% in federal and state taxes, she will walk away with $710,000.
Lottery officials say Jackson purchased the ticket at Meijer on Tylersville Road in West Chester. As a result, Meijer also receives a $5,000 agent sales bonus for selling the winning ticket.
