A driver was in court on Thursday after a deadly crash in December.
Zachary Kreke, 27, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide after he rear-ended a semi with his pickup truck on Route 4 near Camelot Drive around 1:00 a.m. on December 30th, killing Robert Gilreath.
Gilreath, 27, of Hamilton, was the passenger in Kreke's truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A judge ordered Kreke to be held without bond during his arraignment on January 2nd. On Thursday, his bond was set at $25,000.
Kreke was taken by helicopter to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment before being arrested. The driver of the semi was not hurt.
