WBTV Meteorologist Al Conklin forecasts cloudy skies that will remain throughout the day. The rain is expected to taper off by Tuesday night, but temperatures will stay chilly - in the upper 30s to near 40.
Wednesday could bring some relief from the damp. Drier air and some sunshine will bring higher temperatures, with highs in the mid-50s Wednesday.
A little rain could return Wednesday night or early Thursday.
