LANCASTER, SC (WBTV) -
Police in South Carolina arrested an Applebee's employee who they said took part in a conspiracy to rob the restaurant.
A masked gunman walked into the Applebee's on Highway 9 just before 2 a.m. Monday.
Investigators said the gunman confronted the manager, who was alone, and used a gun to force him into the back room.
The gunman got away with cash.
The manager was not hurt.
Investigators arrested 42-year-old Brian Oneal Ealey at the restaurant Monday. Police said he is not believed to be the masked gunman.
The investigation is ongoing.
