CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - One review of author John Bonander's book, "Drop out…or Tough it Out?", states it should be on every guidance counselor's bookshelf.

Bonander makes it his mission to keep at-risk teenagers in school and share with them the power of the decision to drop out.
