Fiscal cliff leaves employees stressed and confused, but Four Seasons Financial Education offers an employer program to clear the cliff.
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) December 26, 2012
Financial Wellness company, Four Seasons Financial Education, created a special program to address the confusion and fear that the fiscal cliff has caused within workforces around the country. Reports of tax changes, job loss, and a renewed recession have simply confused and frustrated American workers according to company President, Travis Freeman.
"We can feel the financial pulse of the workforce through the companies we serve and this fiscal cliff mess has done nothing but create panic," says Freeman. "Employees are questioning what to do about 401(k) dollars, bank accounts, taxes, etc. These programs have really helped to bring clarity to the workforce, which their employer loves."
Financial education in the workplace is a growing trend with the recent US economic turmoil. The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans found that 43% of U.S. companies now offer financial education at work. Groups such as Four Seasons have remained on the forefront of this education by providing timely programs that target increased productivity in the workplace.
