Charlotte, NC (WBTV) -The Duke Blue Devils had a closed practice in Charlotte Monday as they continued preparations for their match-up Thursday against Cincinnati at Bank of America Stadium in the Belk Bowl at 6:30.
For quite a few of the Duke players this week will serve as a nice homecoming. Star running back Jela Duncan is out of Mallard Creek High School, top receiver Jamison Crowder played at Monroe High School and former Charlotte Latin star Ross Cockrell is ready to show off his college talent to his hometown family and friends.
