Gastonia Police are asking for the public's help in identifying three men believed to be involved in various stolen gas cases, which are estimated to have resulted in a loss of over $12,000.
On December 18, a man paid several dollars for gas at the Save-More on Union Road, but then apparently bypassed the pumps to fill up two vehicles, police said.
The vehicles appear in surveillance video to be a Ford Taurus and Dodge Durango. The store owner told police this has been happening several times a day for a number of days since the beginning of December, with an estimated 3,700 gallons stolen, the report states.
The three men pictured are believed to be involved.

Crime Stoppers pays up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
