A man shot and killed while fixing up his home in Charlotte last year...went to Sandy Hook Elementary as did his sister. Ron has new details about the investigation into the man's death...the killer is still on the loose this morning.

Mecklenburg County Commissioners have voted to pay nearly one-point-seven million dollars in connection with the botched property revaluations.
