Deputies in York County are investigating the county's first homicide of 2012.
A spokesman for the York County Sheriff's Office says 21-year-old Shaye Cetan Fenske was shot and killed on the 2000 block of Highway 557 in Clover around 1 a.m. Thursday morning.
22-year-old Teyler Matola Fenske was questioned by investigators and is cooperating with them.
A police spokesman said the man is the victim's brother. They both lived at the residence with their father.
The father was not at home at the time of the shooting.
Investigators are trying to determine if this was a murder or self defense.
