STANLY COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -
Three men were arrested for drug charges after searches at two different addresses, according to the Stanly County Sheriff's Office.
The arrests came just after midnight Sunday, when deputies from the Stanly County Sheriff`s Office, Stanly County's Special Response Team, officers of the Albemarle Police Department, Albemarle Police Department Special Response Team, and the Norwood Police Department executed the two narcotics search warrants.
One search was on Hartsell Road, and the other on McSwain Road in Albemarle, the report states.
During the two searches, official seized controlled substances consisting of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and U.S. currency, deputies said.
Michael "Shane" Rummage, 35, Jimmy Leonard Tucker Jr, 32, and Donald Richard Chance, 50, were all arrested and taken to the Stanly County Jail.
All three were charged with felonious possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver, maintaining a dwelling to distribute controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were placed under a $7,500 secured bond each, and are scheduled for a first appearance in Stanly County District Court on Monday, December 17.
