GASTON COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -
The Gaston County Police Department Vice/Narcotics Unit and the Dallas Police Department arrested five people Friday morning in a bust related to the sale of crack cocaine.
The arrests came after three simultaneous search warrants in the 500 block of East Holly St in Dallas, were executed by officers. These search warrants were the result of a two-month community impact investigation, police told WBTV.
Investigators from both departments used confidential informants and undercover narcotics agents to make numerous crack cocaine purchases from three separate homes on E. Holly Street. All five suspects arrested lived within 100 yards of each other, the report states.
In total, the suspects were charged with over 60 felony counts related to the sale of crack cocaine.
Those arrested are:
Peggy Alexander, 58, Teretha Alexander, 40, Timothy Alexander, 49, William Brown, 34, and Fredrick Otis Watson, 35.
