HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -
Three people were taken into custody after police found a large amount of meth in a home in Hamilton on Friday.
James Pergram, 35, was arrested and charged after the Hamilton Police Department's SWAT team found over 26 grams of methamphetamine at his home on South B Street.
Also taken into custody were Stephanie Houston, 31, and Steven Baker, 33, who were at Pergram's home at the time.
According to a report, officers found over 26 grams of meth, a digital scale and syringes, cook spoons, empty gel caps and a shotgun.
Police say Pergram has a prior drug conviction and as a result, cannot have a firearm.
Houston and Baker were both charged with misdemeanors.
Pergram was charged with three felonies, including possession of methamphetamine, drug trafficking and having a weapon under disability.
