CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -
The Panthers are eager to host the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday, December, for some much needed revenge.
Though the Panthers are out of the running for post season action, the need for victory comes from a tough loss in the final minute of the game at the end of September.
Defensive end Greg Hardy said the Panthers are a better team and he's hoping to further prove that this time around. He hopes to send their NFC South rival home with less of a chance of getting home field advantage for the playoffs.
Coach Rivera said the loss was "gut-wrenching and hardest for Cam." Redemption would be good for the season record, but better for the team's morale.
