One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.More >>

A Charlotte man was arrested Tuesday after police say he stole another man's car and drove it to a nearby parking lot.
John Ibn Ramadan, 32, is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a stolen motor vehicle, according to a news release from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Police responded to the 1300 block of Echo Glen Road around 8:23 a.m. where the man was at his home when he said Ramadan threatened him with a gun and demanded his vehicle.
Ramadan jumped in the car and took off.
Police located Ramadan a short time later with the vehicle in a nearby parking lot.
