Walton Communities, in partnership with the Cobb County Neighborhood Stabilization Program and Centerline Capital Group, is excited to announce the completion of recent upgrades and enhancements to its Austell, Georgia apartment community, Walton Crossing.
Residents of the Walton Crossing community can now enjoy a newly renovated swimming pool, a new leasing center, interior upgrades, new paint, new property signage, new landscaping, and the security of newly-installed gated entry.
The property has also completed construction of an Adventure Center, which will provide after school enrichment and summer programs for kids K-5 at no cost to residents. The Adventure Center is operated by Parents with a Purpose, a non-profit, faith-based organization. Additionally, participants will be exposed to field trips and advanced learning opportunities through partnerships with Orange Hill Baptist Church.
