Breaking: Car fire in Charlotte leaves one dead, another escapes

BREAKING: If you follow us on Twitter then you saw images of what was a busy scene after a car caught on fire in Charlotte. What's worse, we learned one person has been pronounced dead and another was able to escape. We're getting answers on what exactly happened. Our Cam Man Ron Lee is there now. He has live reports with the newest information he gathered from the scene.

This morning we have new information on the young man who fell 40 feet to the ground at Bank of America stadium. His mother is here and has never left his side at the hospital. She talked to WBTV about the hardships the family has faced within the last year including the recent death of a loved one. We'll let you hear what she said.
