A Valley woman who was warming up her car at her home Monday morning became a victim of a car theft, according to police.
Authorities said the victim went inside her home while she was warming up her car and when she returned her car was missing from the area of Third Avenue and Mohave.
Cops saw the car down the street. The driver fled, made a U-turn near Seventh Avenue and Jones, and then drove through a fence.
The suspect then got out and ran down the streets, hopping fences, before police were able to arrest the suspect.
No other details were immediately available.
