CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Heidi Billotto's idea for turning Thanksgiving turkey leftovers into something delicious is so simple, it doesn't even need a formal recipe.

Heidi showed Kristen how to make fresh-tasting turkey tacos using what you have left of the bird, and a few of the other holiday side dishes.
