Many people will be starting their travels today. Okay, really millions of people will be on their way out of town to see family and friends for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Big developments in the 2011 property tax revaluation controversy. Mecklenburg County Commissioners weighed in on the matter in a meeting last night. What they said is a big win for property owners who paid too much property taxes because their home was over-valued. Plus, one of the county employees quit their job as a result of all the controversy, according to our source!
