and storing them in Tupperware is a great way to save for future meals. The problem is that over time, those containers can get stained by sauces and other sticky foods. No matter how many times you scrub them and run them through the dishwasher, after a while they just end up looking...well, gross.
To prevent that from happening, before you pour the sauce in to the container, give it a quick once-over with a non-stick cooking spray. It coats the walls of the Tupperware with an oily film that acts as a barrier so sauce can't cling and stain.
