BOONE, NC (WBTV) -
The Boone Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man and a woman who were caught on camera taking electronics from a local store.
On November 10, the duo went to the Walmart electronics department, and took several Apple products. Police say the man took numerous iPads and iPods from the electronic cabinet and put them in a shopping cart while the female kept an eye out.
The pair then left the store, and were captured by surveillance cameras getting into a white four-door sedan with a sun roof and driving away, the report states.
Anyone with information about the crime or the duo in the pictures is asked to call Crimestoppers at (828)268-6959/(828)737-0125, or the Boone Police Department at (828)268-6900.
