Presbyterian hospital offering free memory screenings

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Experts suggest anyone over the age of 60 asking a doctor about memory screenings to check for early signs of memory impairments.

November is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month, and on Thursday November 15th, Presbyterian Hospital Matthews is partnering with the Levine Senior Center to offer free memory screenings.

The screenings require a prior appointment but are being offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at The Levine Senior Center at 1050 DeVore Lane in Matthews. For more information or to register for the event call 704-384-CARE (2273).
