A car accident ended with one vehicle running off the road and striking a daycare center in south Charlotte Tuesday evening.
The incident happened at the Gateway Center on West Arrowood Road around 5:30 p.m.
A man was pulling out of the Walmart when he was struck by another vehicle. The collision caused his vehicle to go off the road and strike the daycare, CMPD told WBTV.
The vehicle cracked the wall, but did not penetrate the building, officials said.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to CMC with minor injuries.
No children were reported injured.
